Information from Social Login

BloomSafe offers convenient sign-in options through Apple Sign In and Google Sign In. Here's what we receive from each:

Apple Sign In: Your name and either your real email address or an Apple Private Relay email (your choice). Apple's Private Relay protects your real email while still allowing us to communicate with you.
Google Sign In: Your name and email address associated with your Google account.

We use this information solely to create and manage your BloomSafe account. We do not access your contacts, photos, or any other data from these services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOOMSAFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

BloomSafe's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BloomSafe does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BloomSafe, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BloomSafe operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
